Once your order is completed, you’ll be redirected to our simple logo design creative brief.  Upon completion of the design brief, you will hear from Megan or Joe (Wife & Husband Duo), owners of Logo Design NYC for the design phase to begin.

From there, our process begins with understanding your brand, target audience, and industry. We then brainstorm ideas, sketch concepts, and create digital drafts. After presenting initial designs, we refine based on your feedback to finalize the perfect logo.

The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the project and client feedback. On average, it can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. We prioritize quality and client satisfaction over speed.

Our design packages range from 3-7 initial concepts depending on the package selected. This range allows for diverse creative options without overwhelming you with choices.

If the initial concepts don’t resonate, we’ll gather more feedback from you and provide additional designs within scope. Our goal is to create a logo you love, based on clear feedback from you and your team.

If you are unhappy with Logo Design NYC displaying your logo design in portfolios and in other online inspiration galleries, please discuss this with us before proceeding with the project order, as additional fees may apply.

No. You will get all features as mentioned in your purchased package (initial concepts & revisions) without paying any extra.  You are able to purchase additional services, extra revision rounds, etc (if required) at any time during the project.
